Adding a Catalog Item to Your Quote
Use the Catalog tab to add fixed-price products to your quote. Items come from your catalog and are priced per piece.
Before you start
- You must have a quote open. If you haven't started one yet, see Building a Quote.
- Your catalog must be set up before items appear in this tab. See Setting Up Catalog Items.
Click the Add from Catalog option
To get started, open your quote and click Add from Catalog in the left sidebar.
Find the item you need
Use the search field to look up an item by name or SKU, or scroll through the list to find it.
Enter a quantity and add the item
- In the Pieces field next to the item, enter the number of pieces your customer needs.
- Click Add when it appears.
- Click Return to Estimate in the right sidebar
The item appears in your quote line-item list.
Troubleshooting
I don't see any items in the Catalog Items tab. Your catalog may not be set up yet, or no items have been uploaded for your selected location. See Setting Up Catalog Items, or contact your account admin.
I can't find a specific item. Use the search bar to search by product name or SKU. If the item still doesn't appear, it may not have been added to your catalog. Contact your account admin to add it.
