Send the quote

From the Quote Summary page, click SEND QUOTE.

You'll see a green confirmation banner that reads "Quote [number] has been sent!" and Stella Source returns you to your worklist on the dashboard.

That's it. The quote is on its way to your customer.

To double-check what you just sent, click any quote in your worklist. A flyout panel opens with the customer, totals, line items, shipping preference, and any other details on that quote.

What your customer sees

Your customer receives an email, branded from your company with your logo, letting them know a quote is available, with a link to view it. When they click the link, they can review the line items, totals, and terms. From that same view, they can place the order if they're ready.
