Instead of fully automating every order, you decide where automation stops and human review begins. You have total control.
Setting product limits is what triggers your sales rep to review orders that exceed a specified weight or quantity before your customer sees a price.
Navigate to Quote Settings > Product Management > Product Limits. Here you can click "Update My Product Limits" to begin.

Once you click “Update My Product Limits”; a modal will guide you through the steps to create or update your Product Limits. This is done by uploading a CSV with 3 columns for: “ProductID”, “OrderLimit,” and “LimitUnit”. A sample file is available to download for reference.
The sample file can be found by clicking here:

Columns:
- ProductID: the ID of the product you want to set a limit for. If you don’t know your product ID you can download your product list from the Product Management page, it is column B in that export.
- OrderLimit: the numerical value of how many units or how many lbs are acceptable for automated pricing before triggering a manual review. As an example, if your customer tries to get a quote for this sku, with a quantity over 5,000 lbs and you want it to trigger a manual review, this column should say “5000” and column 3 should say “lb”. If this sku’s line item in an order is for exactly 5,000 lbs like in this example, it will NOT trigger a manual review. Only quantities greater than that will do so. If the ask from your customer totaled 5,000.01 lbs or greater, it would trigger a manual review.
- LimitUnit: the unit type associated with the product limit. Applicable unit types are “lb” or “unit”
Once you have prepared your CSV file for uploading your product limits, upload it here and follow the prompts. The upload tool will help identify invalid rows and assist in removing them or correcting them. Once your CSV data is verified click submit to finish.
Note: you can always download your product list to view active product limits
